Are there any opt. schools that offer full-ride scholarships? If so, are the scholarships based on need or merit?

I haven?t heard of any schools offering full ride scholarships, and I think most scholarships offered are based on merit (GPA, OAT scores, etc.). But I?m not completely sure. If you call admissions at any of the schools they?ll tell you for sure.
