"Scholastic Activities" include what type of activities?

Hi everyone,

I am working on a secondary that asks me to "list any Scholastic Activities that you have been involved with (including honors and awards)". Could anyone please clarify what "Scholastic Activities" are? Do they include research participation?

I would include in the definition anything that enhances, uses, or is an adjunct to classroom learning, this might include debate club, research, journal or book club, writing for a school newspaper, robotics contest or team engineering project, possibly some internships, etc.

I googled "scholastic activities" and found multiple definitions, so I think you're safe to branch out even from what I've suggested.
