Are there numbers for these for MD schools. I feel that most schools publish matriculation numbers. Maybe a big list?

Check out MSAR.

MSAR lists interviews granted and matriculations, segregated by in-state and out-of-state. From that you can estimate rough acceptance rates.

USNWR lists total applications, interviews granted, acceptances given, and number of matriculants for IS/OOS/Female/and URM. I can't comment on how accurate the numbers are though.

A generalizable but not always totally accurate rule of thumb is to take MSAR matriculants and multiply by 2.

Some schools publish this info on their website. There is no totally up to date aggregated list as far as I know.
