  1. Pre-Dental
It's that hectic time of year when everyone is applying to dental school and kind people like yourself that provide great advice. I too have a question regarding the school designations. Last cycle I applied to roughly 16 schools and unfortunately I didn't get in. So this cycle I'm applying as a re-applicant and becoming a stronger candidate by taking the DAT again and doing a Master's program during the fall. I roughly have a 3.3 sci and 3.5 overall and got a 19 ts and 18aa. I also took a class at a community college (CALC II). I'm from NY and have solid shadowing experience. Does anyone have have any advice of which schools I shouldn't bothering applying because they don't accept ANY CC credits? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry too much about the calc. Just apply. Most schools just want calc I, and if they want university calc II, you can probably make it up in the spring/summer just before matriculating. Good luck my friend!
