Most of the DO schools have some sort of OPTI program or their own sponsored residencies (for example, PCOM has vascular surgery, NYCOM has neurosurgery at LI Jewish Medical Center, Western has ortho etc). Can someone, let's say from AZCOM, apply to those residencies? Is there a difference/preference for their own graduates?
