Hi,
I am trying to decide between ICO and NOVA. Im currently leaning towards NOVA. But I have a few questions before I make my final decision.
1)
I'm comparing school expenses for NOVA and ICO. I know that the financial information that each school gives you during the interview is overestimated.
If you dont mind. For current students from each school, what are your actual expenses per year (including tuition, housing, food, equipment, books, etc...) ?
2)
What are your personal impressions about the quality of education and the doctors/profs - does it feel like they care about their students at NOVA? how about ICO? (its totally subjective, but im just curious)
3)
How is the clinic? I know that ICO has a larger clinic, but it also has more students. NOVA on the other hand, has a smaller clinic on campus, but also less students. Are there enough examination lanes to accommodate students during 3rd and 4th year? What are your overall impressions of the clinic and the clinical program?
4)
Chicago seems to have a good transportation system and The clinic is right beside the school. How about NOVA? is it necessary to have a car? - especially during rotations between the 3 clinics.
If anybody has any other thoughts about Florida or Chicago...i would love to hear them.
Sorry for the long list.
Thank you all in advance.
