Why would schools keep interviewing until march and possibly april if their class if full and have long list of waiting list? Just wondering...

Schools that interview that long don't usually finalize their class until the very end of the cycle.

Yeah...all acceptances are conditional and they can withdraw your acceptance at any given moment.
