Is your posted GPA calculated via AMCAS rules or based on the Canadian university's GPA rules? I know Canadian schools like to give bonus points for A-plus grades. Just making sure apples are apples here.

Break down for me the clinical experiences you have itemized above as being done in the US or Canada (specifically where). Your other international medical missions do not count.

You kept Univ of Toronto on your list, but I don't know how well they would review you unless you are in-province. Have you talked with anyone in charge of admissions recruiting there? UT is generally considered the Harvard of Canada, and I would think that your metrics would not disqualify you, but other things might.
