School list advice

Before I start, I know my GPA is extremely low and I know it was stupid of me to not study more. (Personal health issues like you wouldn't believe blah blah blah)
So be honest but don't be rude for no reason.

These are my stats:
GPA: 2.99
BCP:2.47
Science GPA: 2.6

ECs: about 600 hre volunteering/ 300hrs shadowing

I took the DAT recently and did poorly so Im going to take it again ASAP ( september)
Current DAT AA:17 TS:16
Future DAT: hopping for all upper 20s after studying my ass off for 3 months

State School:UAB
Im applying this cycle and this is my school list so far.
Im not planning on applying to all of them. This is just the list Im working with so far
What should I take out or add?

You won't be able to apply to East Carolina unless you're a North Carolina resident. They only accept NC resident applicants. I'd take that off your list.

you need to retake DAT and get into a Master program....NO school will grant you interview with those scores.. sorry!! NOt rude but it reality....your DAT scores are low and your Gpa is low..
1) Retake the DAT: see how you score
2) Get into a Master program and get 4.0
3) Then apply next year

just being honest....with those scores, UAB might be the only place to grant you an interview. If you improve on your DAT, more doors will open

It might be another 3-4 years until you can start applying dental school again. You need to get into SMP, and raise your DAT score by a lot. Goodluck.

Like I said earlier. I'm absolutely taking the DAT again. This is just what I have now.

Honestly, UAB is my top choice. You think I should only apply there until my new DAT scores come in?
