Hi all,

I'd focus on DO schools. What was your postbac GPA (I presume it's your 4.0)? Have you done your homework reaching out to DO school admissions representatives and current students? You probably would be a good candidate for SMP's, so how much have you reached out to those programs?

I suggest these DO schools with your stats:
CCOM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
MU-COM
UIWSOM
ARCOM
NYIT-AR
ACOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
TUNCOM
Thank you, I wasn't sure if I'd be competitive for CCOM or PCOM but I'll certainly give them a shot.

Yes, postbac was the 4.0. I'm in the stat range for many DO schools and am now planning to apply to about 25. I've reached out to several SMPs/students and think that Loyola, UIC, RFU, Cincinnati, Boston, and EVMS would give me the best chances. Based on their websites, I'm competitive for them. I'm not sure how helpful an SMP would be for MD unless I can significantly raise my MCAT score (10+ points) by the end of May. Really looking to see if there are specific programs I should be focusing on.
