Hi everyone! I am applying this upcoming cycle and I wanted to ask your advice. I have a school list, but I wanted your help with editing it. Within my list, what schools are not worth applying to? I picked out the most OOS-friendly schools and non-low-yield private schools that I could, but I wanted your feedback. What schools should I consider adding? Should I add more low-yields?

cGPA: 3.74
sGPA: 3.6ish
MCAT: 514 (128/130/128/128)
State of residence: VA
Ethnicity: ORM (white). Also am a traditional applicant.
Undergrad: Fairly prestigious private school, but not a top 20
Research: 2.5 years of working in one lab. 1 poster presentation and future publication (1st or 2nd author)
Clinical Experience: 8 months (and counting) of scribing. About 100 hours domestic shadowing in 4 specialties and another 100 hours international. 1 semester of clinical research.
Non-Clinical Experiences: 1 year of tutoring at-risk middle schoolers. 1.5 years of soup kitchen volunteering. 1 semester of senior citizen home volunteering
Leadership experience: 3 different leadership positions in 2 organizations
Misc.: Trilingual. 1st generation American (but not 1st generation college student). Multiple semesters of Dean's list
