School List Help: 40/3.88/PA

Just beginning to construct a school list, as I was visiting family out of the country for the past month. I am not very familiar with the large number of medical schools, especially under classifications like OOS-friendy/OOS-unfriendly schools. About all my knowledge on schools is from the US News listing. Is there a main thread detailing how to find schools that would be likely to accept me so that I can research those individually?

Anyways, some stats on me:

MCAT: 40 (15P/14B/11V)
GPA: 3.88
Location: PA

Medicine related activities
100 hours shadowing nephrologist access surgery/thoracic surgery
Spent a month in rural africa helping a doctor
EMT, volunteer for at least 250 hours, would have to check to make sure

List:

Drexel
Temple
(These are in my area around PA)

I know my stats are good, but my ECs are weak compared to a lot of people here and I have no leadership accomplishments. Where should I aim?

Buy the msar online and look ay the admission statistics...

You're stats are great and you're ecs are not horrible so aim high but also include schools like the ones you mentioned as well as Penn state.
