School List Help - 512 MCAT 3.81 cGPA

I just received my MCAT score yesterday and am working on finalizing my school list.
It was a little lower than expected, excluding a lot of schools that I had initially kept an eye on.
Would love a second or third (or more) opinion! Also due to my SO I'd prefer to stay on the east coast

GPA: 3.81 cGPA / 3.69 sGPA (no C's in the sGPA, just too many Bs the first year)
MCAT: 512 (128/128/128/128)
Majors: Political Science and Neuroscience
NJ - White - little unique background because I lived in a foreign country until college but not sure if that matters

Clinical Volunteering: 1500+ in hospital during Gap Year (similar to CNA work through a program similar to Americorps)
100+ in hospital during school year
Shadowing: 50 in Internal Medicine
Non-Clinical Volunteering: 40 (unfortunately very light, still working on improving that)
EC's: 900+ VP and Captain of an intercollegiate sport
1000+ Summer Camp Counselor and Instructor in that sport
800+ Working Student
Several national high placings in said sport
because of the extensive time commitment and my involvement I did not have a lot of time for research or any other activities
