No, those are not real red flags.

Only the shadowing is a flag, and a yellow one at that. If you can list some of the hospital volunteering you did as shadowing, do that and you are golden. Community college prereqs then a transfer to a 4-year and good performance thereafter just indicate you were trying to save money, not anything about your academic performance. You have a 3.87; nobody, not even Harvard, will see your GPA as an issue.
