School list help for good gpa/mcat, not impressive extracurriculars

I will be applying next cycle, and I was hoping for some advice for making a list that fit:

GPA: 4.00 at a top 50
MCAT: 520
Florida resident
White male
200 hours clinical
100 hours of very basic lab assistant work (nothing that I would emphasize in application)
80 hours shadowing (cardiology, family med, primary care, general surgery, neurosurgery, radiology)
100 hours nonclinical
2 semesters TA

I currently plan on applying to all Florida MDs and USU. I think my mcat and gpa hold up for most, but my extracurriculars do not match up as well. Thanks
