Hey everyone! I was looking for some help with putting together a school list so thought I'd give this a shot. I know my clinical and volunteer hours are a little low but will finally have more time to put into those things during my gap year.

AMCAS cGPA: 3.71 and sGPA: 3.65

MCAT: 515 130/129/128/128

Residence: St. Louis, MO

Ethnicity: Black/Caucasian/Filipino

University: University of Pittsburgh

Clinical experience: 60 hrs of Palliative Care volunteering (will be working as scribe during gap year)

Research experience: 2 years with one publication (co-author) currently under review by PNAS

30 hrs shadowing variety of specialties

50ish hrs of assorted community volunteering (community cleanups, soup kitchens, youth centers)

extracurricular activities: had a customer service job for 3 years of undergrad working 15 hrs a week, Executive board member of my fraternity for 2 years, TA'd for a year and did private tutoring for a year

Current List of Schools
UMKC
UM - Columbia
St. Louis University
George Washington
Drexel
Loyola Chicago
Temple
Rush
Rosalind Franklin
Georgetown
Hofstra
Rochester

Would appreciate any advice on schools to add/remove, thanks!

You could add these schools:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
New York Medical College
Jefferson
Penn State
Seton Hall
Eastern Virginia
Virginia Commonwealth
West Virginia
NOVA MD
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Creighton
Tulane
You can remove Rush since they expect very high hours of clinical activity.
