School list help! High MCAT, mediocre GPA, ORM.

MCAT 526 (131/132/131/132)

Research: about 1200+ hours

Clinical experience: about 300 hours, spread out through some paid clinical experience as well as standard hospital volunteering

Nonclinical volunteering: nothing special, about 100-200 hours of assorted clubs with a decent amount of leadership.

My personal statement is...just okay, since I’m not the best writer. Essentially I’m wondering how much my stats can pull me into the top 20 schools, since my ECs (aside from research) look about average at best for the top schools. With this in mind, please help me make a school list! I’ve already chosen 10 of the top 20 schools; I’m just looking for schools that might otherwise fall off my radar. Should I consider some of those new california schools, or texas public schools? Thanks everyone for your help!

Before you apply get at least 40 more shadowing hours in the US, preferably in primary care. What is recommended on here is at least 50 hours of shadowing.
