Any schools I should take out or add?

I think my GPA is too low. I talked to the dean of admissions after I was denied and was given a lot of great help on how to improve my application but a lot of it was that UAB is incredibly competitive, I should apply broadly, and he repeated how I was OOS.

What have you done this year to improve your application? If you haven't already, I would also work on your interviewing skills. Obviously you had great success landing the interviews but 0-4 suggests maybe you need to do something different in the interviews themselves. 4 for 6 is amazing.

you should include UAB and apply early to increase your chance of accepting to school. you are a competitive candidate based on stats I see. I am also an out of state applicant and accepted to UAB. I applied early and received early interview invitation. Applying early really helps to increase my chance of acceptance. Just apply early this time and prepare well on the interview. I think UAB as undergrad has a lot of benefit that you can talk during the interview to show why you would love to go school in birmingham, alabama.
Good luck!!
