Got MCAT score back recently, looking for help expanding school list/input if worth it to add schools this late. Originally submitted to state school without MCAT so primary is verified:

1. cGPA - 3.94 and sGPA 3.89
2. 519 (129/130/130/130)
3. OH resident
4. ORM
5. State school
6. Clinical - 150 volunteer, 500 paid scribe
7. Research - 2400 hours total, mix of industry/academia. 1 mid author pub, 3 posters/presentations
8. 50 or so hours of shadowing
9. Sparse non clincial volunteering, 100 hours of food bank/other odds and ends
10. TA for 600 hrs, student gov for 100
11. Other info: Semi-first gen?, rural background. Currently working in clinical research at academic hospital for gap year.

Your lack of non clinical volunteering will limit your chances for interviews at top tier schools. I suggest adding these schools:
Washington University (in St. Louis-they like high stat applicants)
Northwestern
Iowa
Western Michigan
U Michigan
USF Morsani
Miami
George Washington
Jefferson
Temple
Hofstra
Mount Sinai
Rochester
New York Medical College
Vermont
