My stats are: 3.15 cGPA (2.9 sGPA...), 22AA/22TS/21PAT, good dental experiences and average volunteer hours.

I wish to apply to more, but I am financially unable to. I am taking a 1-year masters program this fall, but I am applying to dental schools this cycle as well. Please let me know if my list looks good and if I have some schools that I should replace or remove

NYU, Tuft, Roseman, Temple, BU, LECOM, MWU-Il, MWU-AZ, USC, and U of NE.

Since you're strapped financially and can't apply to more schools, you're doing the best thing you can by applying to those schools. All of them are OOS friendly so you're giving yourself the best odds to get in possible. I wouldn't change anything.
