Hi!

I really need help narrowing down my school list. I'm a NY state resident, 3.88 GPA and I'll be getting my MCAT score in 3 weeks but I I feel like it went well and my practice exams were 514 so I'm going to guess 512-515 is reasonable. I have ok EC's ~ 40 h shadowing, 800 h research (no publications), 100 h volunteering. I have a list of about 20 school and I was wondering if I have a good balance/reasonable chances. Any advice would be great! Here's my current list:

U North Dakota
University of Michigan
Virginia Common Wealth
Temple
U Buffalo
Jefferson
SUNY Upstate
Albany
Medical College of Wisconsin
Penn State
SUNY Down State
U Connecticut
U of Rochester
Stony Brook
SUNY Einstein
Dartmouth
Mt. Sinai
U Pennsylvania
SUNY Syracuse
New York University School of Medicine
New York Medical College

Invest in MSAR and pay very careful attention to the Acceptance Information tabs.

Come back when you have an MCAT score and then we can better advise you.

For starters, remove UND, U CT, U Penn, U MI and Penn State and add ALL SUNYs.
