Any help/advice would be amazing!!

GPA: 3.68
Science GPA: 3.62

Wake Forest grad.
Clinical Volunteering: ~180 (continuing)
Shadowing: ~ 100 (continuing)
2 years of NIH molecular bio research so far, will complete 3rd year

Do I have too many reaches?

Consider adding Hofstra, Rochester, and Western Mich if you're interested in any of them, as they are some of the few schools that have high median MCATs without having the corresponding high median GPA.

As amazing as it would be to live in Seattle, UW's OOS acceptance rate is less than 0.5%. Unless that's your state school, better to remove it.

Lastly, try to get some volunteering experience outside of a hospital during your gap year, if at all possible. 100 hrs is plenty of shadowing, you'd be better off improving other areas of your app
