Do you think it would be a good idea to apply to UK again? I know they have small class size and small OOS ratio. I was interviewed there last year and I liked the school too so I'm torn.I would rethink about the schools that are not OOS friendly as you mentioned in your original post. You say that you don't know if living in the state next door makes a difference. Why don't you ask your college's pre-health professions adviser or call the schools and ask? Also, did you buy the Official Guide? There, you can see how many students from each state make up their graduating class.

If they gave you an interview last year, it could be mean that maybe there was something they liked about you but after thinking about it, they did not accept you. You should call the school, ask why they didn't accept you nicely, and then determine if it is worth it. 🙂 Either way, I think applying again shows effort!I would rethink about the schools that are not OOS friendly as you mentioned in your original post. Some schools aren't very OOS friendly but I live in the state next to it so I dont know if that would change anything as well. I'm also in my early 20's.
Thank you guys!!
They invited me for interview without hold
She just wanted your secondary monie$I wish the lady from admission would of told me that they are not oos friendly. I wasn't planning on applying here, but she told me my application was competitive and as long as I apply early I had a chance.

UNLV, Louisiana, UK, Detroit Mercy, Michigan, Maryland, Tennessee, and West Virginia are very OOS unfriendly. Save ~$700 and apply schools in your state of Ohio and private schools like NYU and Temple.
Sorry I stand corrected, Detroit Mercy has no preference (confused with Michigan) BUT they are research heavy and have high average GPA.Detroit Mercy is OOS unfriendly...? I doubt it.
