I'm a university student but I've taken some courses in a college, should I add another school to my application or will the classes already be in the transcript I'm sending from my university?

If you're talking about sending in transcripts from both college/university, you are required to submit ALL transcripts from the institutions you attended.
When you're entering courses on your application, you have to add all classes that you took.
