Shadowing Experience: 100 hours, 2 gen dentists 1 periodontist
Volunteering Experience: 200+ Make a Wish, local community garden, I also tutored kids around my neighborhood during the online pandemic for free and I got a couple of my friends to tutor as well. At the height of it we had 4 tutors and 8 kids.
Employment: 400 hours working front desk at a dental clinic, I also worked as a paid tutor for kids but I wasn’t going to put that down because I don’t feel like it adds anything
Research: 90 hours, research at my state dental school

Other Extracurriculars: Ive held multiple board positions at my schools Indian club and I hold a leadership position in my sorority. I also went to the predental day/activities for UW and UCLA
Relevant Honors or Awards: deans list
LOR type and strength:
three from a science prof, one from dentist, I think two of my science profs and the dentist ones are strong, the third science prof is probably just average.

Absolutely put your job as a tutor on your application. This shows the most key ability of all for surviving dental school - Time management. Being able to work while in school is a great thing to have on your application and something that came up in all my interviews.

I don't know much about the west coast schools so GL - Personally if you have Penn on your list and are considering Philadelphia I can't complain about much at Temple my experience has been good. We serve a community that really needs us and there is the opportunity to focus on any area we are interested in.

Your application seems solid. You may want to apply to more schools that take some out of state and allow switching to in-state tuition after a year like SUNY Buffalo or Maryland (I think, do some research). Roseman and Boston and probably some others there are excessively expensive.
