I was wondering if anyone knows any schools out there that does NOT require PCAT.
I have a B.S in Biology, an M.D degree from foreign med school. The reason I ask is b/c it would be a pain in the rear to go back and study organic chem and math again.

What will you do when organic and math come up in pharmacy classes?

LOL...so true...

how long has it been since you completed your degrees, cuz some schools require you to brush up on some classes, if it's been a while.

And to answer your question about which schools do not require the PCAT, the california schools don't require the PCAT

Check out the FAQs or do a search. This question is asked every other week or so.

As to O-Chem, I've actually had to use very little of it so far - most of our chemistry has focused on structure-activity relationships and pKa/pH calculations. But there certainly is math - you won't be able to get through kinetics without a halfway decent background.

thank you very much guys....
Well, I will find out if I will match to my Family Residency on March 17 or not. If not, then I guess Pharmacy will be my next goal.
