School Secondaries online

I applied to some schools which have their secondaries online. Should I fill them out and send them in now or do I need to be asked to fill it out?

Check the fine print before you send them in or you could end up waisting money. TUCOM has the online app but you absolutely can not send it in until you are asked, otherwise you have to pay all over again.
