Hey does anyone have a link to the most recent school stats page?? Like, how many applied, accepted, tuition, etc... The only stats page I found was for 2003-2004 and was wondering if anyone came across a more recent one?

Get the Official Guide to Dental Schools 2006-2007 from the ADEA for the most up to date stats of dental schools and applicants.

Hey thanks, i've already applied, done my research and I have the last version of the book.... Im just bored out of my mind so I felt like looking at the more recent stats to try and crunch some numbers and see how good my chances really are (not like it will make a difference) as we wait for Dec 1st..

Ok not to be off topic it does give u the Dental stats (GPA, DAT, ration etc), however, I will take into consideration that it might be different this year b/c personally I feel that there is a very strong pool applicants this cycle.
It shouldn’t be that far off, but might be slightly different.
Also, do take in consideration that its only STATS and you might be like my case invited to schools where your stats are even lower than the school avg. stats in certain sections.

Ehh, it's always different every year... When I started doing research about this, 2 cycles ago I read back on and heard how things are changing, the competition is worse than ever, maybe last year a 3.9 with 28 DAT was good enough but not this cycle... Then I applied last year, and heard...things are changing, the competition is worse than ever, maybe last year a 3.9 with 28 DAT was good enough but not this cycle... Granted my DAT was no where near competitive last time which is why im still here.. but the story hasnt changed.. There are people with less than stellar stats getting invites, many got acceptances last year too.. Most of what you read is the front runners posting/bragging about their stats on SDN.. The schools averages havent changed much over the past few years.. Maybe it's gone up 0.2 in gpa or dat score... but its a give or take.. which also means for every 26 dat applicant, there is a 16... the only thing that has dramatically gone up in the past few years is price... Also, I know the stats are only stats.. im not using it as a bible, just for a rough comparison.. Best of luck everyone.. Dec 1st is right around the corner...
