Is it worth flying to another state (and contacting the dean of admissions) just to visit a dental school? AADSAS should be mailing my application within the next week but I was wondering if the dean would like this since it shows initiative and that I'm serious or if it's pointless since they'll be receiving my application soon and if I get called for an interview I'll be shown around the school anyways? I just wanna stand out so I can GET the interview...
