Schools does keep your previous application

So the weird thing happen. I am reapplicant and this cycle, i use my other email, which is gmail. I never use the old email anymore but some schools keeps contact me through the old email. I called them and ask and they told me that they store your email in previous cycle (ASDOH) and some other school too


I am really confused!
