I would like to know what schools are out of state friendly? I do have low stats but I still want to give it a shot.

2017–2018 ADEA Official Guide to Dental Schools just came out. Mine arrived in the mail a couple days ago. The anticipated launch for the online version is Summer '17. With lower stats, you're probably going to want to consider applying to a lot of privates (especially newer privates). Have you already taken the DAT?

There was some debate as to whether the stats matched up correctly, but the ADEA website says:
