Schools only accepting GC holder for IDP

Somebody please let everybody know the list of schools who only accept Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) for their Advanced Standing Program for DMD/DDS.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

I Think UDM & Buffalo, UDM takes people whose GC is in process, but these two are space based programs... I know these two , find out other space based programs which may take only GC holders.

uic only takes green card holder but it has a certificate program
