I find attending lectures one more time of "exposing" myself to the material. As you may have heard, medschool is vastly different from undergrad - we have an extrordinary amount of material thrown at us. I'm sorry that I can't help you as far as PBL or ISP -- we see them at least 1x/week when they go to OMM -- other than that, I don't have much info.
