Schools that accept 4 year old MCAT?

Can anyone help me with my list for applying to schools that accept a 4 year old MCAT? I have a 30 MCAT from 2013. I have the DO list but I'm trying to find MD schools that accept a 4 year old MCAT.

So far I have: UMKC, SLU, UTMB, Hofstra?, TCMC. Any others?

Why not retake it and open up many more possible school choices?
