What schools require a hard copy photo?

I think this would help people know how many pictures to buy when they a picture taken.

So far,

West Virginia University and Rush require the passport photo. What others do?

its from 2008, schools change over 3 years
It was half a joke... especially that part about the guy listing all medical schools in one post.

Fine, fine: MSUCHM (requires hard copy during interview), Miami... all I recall, the rest you could upload or just print on normal paper.

i also have a question regarding the photos. when a school asks for a passport style photo, do they really want us to get one with white background and only showing our face or will any reasonable picture clearly showing our face suffice?

The secondary for MCW had a spot to upload a picture digitally this year (it was optional). Do they require a hard copy later on, or is this from a previous year?

Oh, I misread the title. I thought he was looking for schools that ask for a photo (digital or hard copy). In this case scratch EVMS too.

I went and got my one taken, then went to walmart and used the photomachine and made plenty of copies. They were really cheap, going back and getting a new photo every time you need one is a little excessive. Go once and just save one and photocopy as needed?

Passport photos are oddly expensive for what they are - 2x2 inch photos. Meanwhile, a 4x6 inch photo is usually 33 cents or less. Therefore, if you're handy with a photo editing program, you can tile 6 2x2" photos into a standard 4x6" print.

1. Take photo with white background
2. Size into square (of any size, but higher res is better) with proper passport requirements. Check the TSA website for proper size requirements.
3. Duplicate that square and tile it into 3 squares by 2 squares. This naturally gives you perfect dimensions for a 4x6 photo.
4. Bring to local photo store/pharmacy on CD, USB drive, SD card, etc. It costs like 33 cents. Many places have instant prints nowadays.
5. Cut photos out. You have 6 passport photos for 33 cents. Repeat as necessary.

For the price of a standard set of 5 or so passport photos, you can get 60 of them. Then stop worrying about how much you'll need to print.

I did this for my actual passport. It also guarantees you don't look stupid in the photo since you take it yourself. But make sure you know your way around the photo editing program.

I remember WVU requiring a photo if you received an interview.
