Schools with highest DAT emphasis...

The only one I know of is UoP. Any others? The DAT will be my strong point, and GPA my LOW point. What are other schools that put a bigger emphasis on DAT?

I am no authority, but I have been led to believe that a high DAT score will somewhat 'make-up' for a less than ideal GPA. I believe this applies to any D-school in general.

i agree, although schools such as UOP has a very high emphasis on DAT scores. a super high DAT score will help any subpar GPA in getting in to dental schools. but if your question is "what schools will just look at DAT scores and not GPA", that im not sure of.

Im guessing when you're saying, " LOW" GPA, in caps, that it means below a 3.0. That means you need at least a 22+ in all sections for potential admission to UOP. But then again, I think under a 3.0, with solid LORs, currics, reasearch, and 22+ on the DAT could land you a spot in many different schools. Do your reasearching and shadowing done if you havent done it yet, study hard and make 22+s, and good luck!!

Yea I'd say its below 3.0 🙄 . I'll be LIVING for the DAT in May, that's when I have my break between semesters. Then I'll take it end of May/beginning of June around there. I'll post my score good or bad .
