Hey all,

So after doing some reading, I noticed that some schools post all acceptance notices sometime in spring, while others release admissions on a rolling basis after sometime in mid-October. So far, these are the schools I found that have non-rolling admissions (but still seem to have rolling interviews):

Harvard
Cornell
Penn
Columbia
Duke
Yale
Pitt

Does anyone know of others or where I could find a full list?

The only substantive difference between rolling and non-rolling schools is the timing of the notification of the decision to the applicant.
Screening, interviewing and decision-making all proceed along the same timeline.

Check MSAR... a few of the schools listed in this thread have October acceptance notifications.

Yale: October 01, 2018
Dartmouth: October 15, 2018

Thanks for correcting me. Guess my own experience applying to this school and is invalid?

And just because MSAR says that, doesnt mean those arent EDP or something else.

Boston University (One round December, one round March)
Hopkins (also two rounds)
NYU (January)
Einstein (February)

Sorry if I'm hijacking the post.

For the non-rolling ones, does it matter when people interview?

I will be abroad, unfortunately, and if I do end up getting more than 1 interview invite on those, I plan on lumping them together to minimize the travel cost.

And what will you do if schools cant accomodate your travel schedule?

If they can't accommodate, then I'd just have to just spend more $$$, which I want to avoid if possible.

But if earlier interview dates increase my chances even for the non-rolling schools, I will not even bother asking for the accommodation in the first place.
