I've been searching online, it says it includes math, physics, biology, and chemistry. Also, it says that the VMCAS does not include math, but all of the other things such as physiology, genetics, etc.
So my question is, do schools counts all 4 areas, but the VMCAS only counts the 3 and are there any areas I missed or should not include?? Any feedback is appreciated!!

Not every school calculates it using the same courses. Your best bet is to contact the schools you're applying to to find out what they specifically want.

And if you have questions about the VMCAS app, contact them.
