I'd call schools and ask them if they'll look at your med school GPA in lieu of your undergrad science GPA.

I think part of this will be why you dropped out of med school or if you left on good standing.

I think you need to raise undergrad GPA overall and science.

The main thing I see is why you left med school. GPA or not, that is a red flag unless you have good reasons and permission from the school.
