I took two public health-related courses (Some schools classify them as "Public Health", "Health Science", "Health and Wellness", etc.) and I was wondering if this counted towards my science GPA or if these classes are typically classified as non-science. I'd personally equate these classes more to a psychology or sociology, and I think a decent argument could be made either way for science or non-science.
Additionally, I got to know the professor for these classes very well and was hoping to use their recommendation as my non-science letter. For this reason, I was hoping I could classify these two courses as "non-science". Does this seem reasonable? Can anyone weigh in?
