Science vs Nonscience GPA

So I just realized that AACOM calculates your science GPA without Math, but also calculates a nonscience GPA in addition to your cumulative GPA. How terrible will it look to have a nonscience GPA 3.95 and a science GPA of around 3.2? My cumulative GPA is a 3.57, I'm just nervous about the highly contrasting science vs. nonscience GPA.

Science GPA is arguably more important than your cGPA for admissions purpose. If you have any course with less than C grade in sciences, then you might consider retaking that course.

I only have one C, the rest are B/B+.
