I heard this is no longer manufactured here in the US?
WTF?

That is too bad - great drug in the right situation. It is sad I can no longer get it.

I have only used it a few times - but loved having it in the cart just in case.

Another victim of political correctness.

Nope. Capitalistic response to government regulation. Sole FDA approved manufacturer decided that it wasn't worth their time.

Man. Every place I have worked in the past six months I have asked for this drug and been told sorry, we don't have it. Didn't know why. I go to about seven different hospitals. Loved it for trauma and sepsis in residency.

Great for super sick trauma or heart patients when you couldn't give them much else for fear of them tanking. Only used it a handful of times but no chance of recall with it.

i liked it for the mostly dead trauma patients that come crashing to the OR that I'm hoping they avoid recall if they are alive tomorrow I've replaced with with a smidge of versed and a little ketamine. Doesn't drop the pressure much and probably makes it a mostly forgettable and/or fun experience if they don't die.
