Score drop Step 1 to Step 2 Matching?

I'm an OMS-IV student who is looking to match into anesthesiology. Here are my scores:

Step 1: 241
COMLEX 1: 695
Step 2: 228
COMLEX 2: TBD
COMLEX 2 PE: Pass

I'm freaking out. I was hitting in the 240s on all of my practice tests and UWSAs, but now am afraid that I won't be able to match. What are my chances? How do I handle it when it's brought up in any interview I may get?

I am a DO applying this cycle and was wondering if I have a decent chance at matching given that I won't have my STEP 2 CK by the time I apply...(9/15) here are my stats: DO SSP member (AOA for DO)- grade went down so I'm in second quartile now Lots of community service +volunteering Tutoring...

My dude. I got 250 on 1 and then 230 or something +/- on 2. No one said anything to me. You're going into anesthesia. They use the numbers to weed through the massive amount of applicants. Once you get an interview we care if you're normal. We don't invite you to explain the faults on your CV. We clearly don't care if we invited you to interview.
