Can anyone comment on what these sheets in front of interviewers actually are?
I have seen interviewers constantly write on one of these sheets at every interview.
I'm assuming its just a scoring sheet to remind them what the interviewee said..
Also do most programs immediately review or decide whether to rank candidates shortly after the interview day is over? Was wondering because people have posted that it doesn't matter when you interview so I'm assuming that programs rank candidates as the interview process occurs rather than waiting till the very end.
