Step II Scramble Day

I am not sure if this is the spot where I ask this type of question.
Did anyone have experience with the Scramble process? If so could anyone kindly offer some quick strategies. Things that are required, things that would save time, any hints anything.

Any advice that can be offerered I would be greatly appreciated.
