Scrambling into ACGME Psych program

Hi, all.
I am a DO with COMLEX scores only (no USMLE) and completed Preliminary Medicine Internship at a ACGME Program. Applied very late due to family circumstances.
Could someone please offer an opinion as to what my chances are of getting into ANY ACGME Psych program during scramble this coming March. Thank you.

Are you even eligible for the scramble? You've completed a PGY-1 year-- why aren't you looking for an open PGY-2 position?
