Step II Screening guidelines

Since there are so many different organizations and they all have varying screening guidelines for a disease, does Step 2 go off of the USPSTF Screening Guidelines?

According to MTB 2CK and DIT, you should go with the USPSTF guidelines because other organizations have a vested interest in giving extra attention to their own disease.
