Scribe Question and volunteer question

1. If I am a scribe do I still need to shadow? It seems like it is kind of like shadowing. I already got the scribe position.

2. How bad does multiple volunteering look. Like short term at multiple places. I've had a lot of administration problems that caused this. I've also returned to a previous place that i've volunteered. How bad does this look?

2. I think it takes more than this to make volunteering look bad, but thats just my opinion
