SCS for widespread neuropathic pain from transverse myelitis in a quad?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Lyrica - 300 milligram BID and stim away. Just got curbside consult for my rheumatologist who has a patient on Remicade who just got transverse myelitis in a teaspoon. Pain is not so bad but her walking is getting worse. She's a middle-aged attorney. I'm sending her to the shepherd center at Emory.

Thnx Steve.
This lady is also pretty high functioning with gradually recovering weakness, now just using a cane, and fairly young. She also had diffuse lung cancer with cervical spine mets (only to the vertebral bodies), that were all taken care of with chemo/rads, no signs of recurrence for 12 months here on her last couple cervical MRIs. So would need to be a Medtronic system. Just makes it all the riskier though...
