I have to present something about the biomechanics of navicular bone/periarticular structures in the foot.

Can anyone suggest search words so I can look for articles and studies.

I already tried the nav. drop/drift

Not sure how much this will apply to your presentation. But try looking up windlass mechanism in the foot. It's not just about the navicular but a concept of biomechanical forces in the foot that you should be aware of. Might help you start putting something together. Good luck.
